چکیده
Striped bass, Morone saxatilis, is an anadromous fish native to the North American Atlantic Coast and well recognized as one of most important highly regarded recreational fisheries in United States. Decades research have been conducted on striped bass its hybrid (striped × white chrysops) culture methods established, particularly for fourth largest finfish aquaculture industry States (US $50 million). Domesticated developed since 1990s broodstock are available from government commercial fry production using novel hormone-free along with traditional hormone-induced tank strip spawning. No commercial-scale intensive larval rearing technologies at present current fingerling fertilized freshwater ponds. Larval diets not successfully used first feeds; however, they weaning live feeds prior metamorphosis. can be grown out marine (32 ppt) or (<5 ppt); require high hardness (200+ ppm) some salinity (8–10 offset handling stress. Juveniles must 1–10 g/fish stocking into water. Commercially fingerling, growout, several vendors. may reach 1.36 kg/fish recirculating by 18 months much 2.27 24 months. Farm gate value has determined, although seasonally wild-harvested valued about US $6.50 $10.14 per kg cultured $8.45 $9.25 whole; farm $10.00 more depending demand market. The ideal market size between 2.72 kg/fish, which considerably larger than 0.68 0.90

All - Termination ( SCP )
We recently introduced the All-Termination(T ) problem: given a termination solver T and a function F , find every subset of the formal parameters to F whose consideration is sufficient to show, using T , that F terminates. These subsets can be harnessed by a theorem prover to locate and justify induction schemes, and are also useful for guiding rewriting heuristics and ensuring their terminati...
متن کاملImpact of SCP-2/SCP-x gene ablation and dietary cholesterol on hepatic lipid accumulation.
While a high-cholesterol diet induces hepatic steatosis, the role of intracellular sterol carrier protein-2/sterol carrier protein-x (SCP-2/SCP-x) proteins is unknown. We hypothesized that ablating SCP-2/SCP-x [double knockout (DKO)] would impact hepatic lipids (cholesterol and cholesteryl ester), especially in high-cholesterol-fed mice. DKO did not alter food consumption, and body weight (BW) ...
متن کاملe-SCP-ECG+ Protocol: An Expansion on SCP-ECG Protocol for Health Telemonitoring—Pilot Implementation
Standard Communication Protocol for Computer-assisted Electrocardiography (SCP-ECG) provides standardized communication among different ECG devices and medical information systems. This paper extends the use of this protocol in order to be included in health monitoring systems. It introduces new sections into SCP-ECG structure for transferring data for positioning, allergies, and five additiona...
متن کاملSterol carrier protein-2 (SCP-2) involvement in cholesterol hydroperoxide cytotoxicity as revealed by SCP-2 inhibitor effects.
Sterol carrier protein-2 (SCP-2) plays an important role in cholesterol trafficking and metabolism in mammalian cells. The purpose of this study was to determine whether SCP-2, under oxidative stress conditions, might also traffic hydroperoxides of cholesterol, thereby disseminating their cytotoxic effects. Two inhibitors, SCPI-1 and SCPI-3, known to block cholesterol binding by an insect SCP-2...
متن کاملThree-dimensional structure/function analysis of SCP-2-like2 reveals differences among SCP-2 family members.
Mosquito sterol carrier protein-2 (AeSCP-2) and sterol carrier protein-2-like2 (AeSCP-2L2) are members of the SCP-2 protein family with similar expression profiles in the mosquito life cycle. In an effort to understand how lipids can be transported by different SCP-2 proteins, the three-dimensional crystal structure of AeSCP-2L2 was solved at 1.7 A resolution. AeSCP-2L2 forms a dimer and binds ...
